    We’ll be interviewing the thought leaders, decision makers and bright sparks leading the charge to net zero, as well as taking your questions.

    You will be invited to get behind the wheel of, or choose to be driven, in one of Volkswagen's 100% electric ID. range, see here.

    There’ll be practical advice on charging options, battery life and leasing right down to the range of vehicles out there to ensure you have those all-important questions answered so you can make the right choice for you.

    Not only is She’s Electric your golden ticket to a few hours of relaxation and great conversations. We will provide complimentary refreshments and snacks during the day.

  • Morning Session Timings:

    You can arrive from 9.30am onwards - whatever time you arrive we'll have tea and coffee waiting for you! The first panel session starts at 10am.

    Afternoon Session Timings:

    You can arrive from 1.30pm onwards - whatever time you arrive we'll have tea and coffee waiting for you! The first panel session starts at 2pm.

    The event closes at 5pm.

  • As demand for places at our events increases and to ensure we continue to bring you the best experiences, we have introduced a fee to attend She's Electric events. Tickets are £20, but there is currently a discounted ticket available for a limited time. Book your tickets here.

  • You can buy up to 10 tickets per transaction. If you're using a code for free tickets, the limit is 2 tickets per order.

  • You will be able to book tickets via the registration page up until the day of the event, however we'd advise booking your tickets in advance as spaces are limited.

  • We'll be providing complimentary refreshments and snacks during the day, but if you and your guests would like to book in for lunch at our lovely venues, head over to their websites.

  • Yes, however you will need to pass our driving licence checks and meet the following criteria:

    • A full valid UK driver’s licence for more than 2 years for the class of vehicle

    • An up to date and correct photocard licence

    • Be over the age of 25 and below 70

    • No more than 8 points on your licence within the last 4 years

      • No convictions resulting in disqualification in the past 3 years

      • Be in good health with no medical condition affecting your ability to drive including eyesight to the standard required by law

  • Yes, there will be a team of Volkswagen drivers on hand to take you out in a car, talk you through the features and answer any questions you have about driving electric.

  • No, when you arrive our friends at Volkswagen will book you in for your drive experience at a time that suits you (subject to availability)

  • Yes, there is free parking at the venues for guests, although we encourage you to come together where possible.

  • There are six charging points at Ellenborough Park (subject to availability).

    And there are no charging points at Danesfield House, however there are 4 electric car charging points located at Hurley House Hotel.

  • You must bring your driving licence in order to participate in the driving experience.

  • Whilst our venues cater for accessibility guests, you are advised to contact rsvp@sheselectric.co.uk with your individual requirements.

  • She’s Electric is not a family event - it has been created for women and their friends to have a few hours of rest and relaxation. However, we do understand that childcare can be hard to come by. If you need to bring children to the event please email rsvp@sheselectric.co.uk
